Contrataci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, as\u00ed como el Plan Anual de Contrataciones Institucional y sus reformas son elaboradas por la Intendencia Nacional de Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica y puestas a consideraci\u00f3n del Intendente\/a Nacional Administrativa Financiera, que como delegado\/a de la m\u00e1xima autoridad debe suscribir dichos documentos.<\/p><p>En el siguiente enlace se puede
